What You ll Do:
- Provide expert Urology consultations and assessments in both clinic and operating room settings
- Perform outpatient procedures and surgeries as per approved scope of practice
- Participate in on-call system, approximately 7-10 days/month based out of Wausau, WI
- Assist in outreach clinics, approximately 1-2 days/month in Wisconsin Rapids
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
What You Need:
Required:
- Active medical license in Wisconsin
- Urology certification or eligibility for certification
- Experience in outpatient and surgical Urology care
Preferred:
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
