Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient

Types of Cases: General adult urology

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
·
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
·
Certifications Required: Must be board-certified, fellowship required, Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association

Licensure Required: Willing to have a licensing candidate
