• Bread-and-butter urology practice with a broad mix of clinic, OR, and call responsibilities.

• Modern hospital environment with robotic surgery available (robotic experience not required).

• Strong clinical support team in a busy, well-established urology practice.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general urology care in the outpatient clinic.

• Perform surgical procedures in the operating room.

• Conduct hospital rounds and inpatient consultations.

• Participate in night and 24-hour call coverage.

• Manage emergency department callbacks and new consults.

• Work as the primary urology provider in a fast-paced practice.

• General Urology

• Cystoscopy

• Vasectomy

• Prostate Biopsy

• TURP

• Uroflow/Cuff Testing

• Bladder Scans

• Ureteroscopy

• Nephrectomy

• Cystectomy

• ESWL

• Botox Injections

• Robotic Surgery (Available but Not Required)

EMR System: Epic

Support Staff:

• 2 Registered Nurses

• Medical Assistant

• Surgery Scheduler

• 2 Front Office Staff

• Hospitalist Team for Admissions

Days Per Month: Ongoing coverage with a minimum of 3 months. Candidates should be able to cover approximately 80% of the requested dates and provide ongoing monthly availability.

On-Call/Weekends:

• Night call approximately 5 6 days per month.

• 24-hour weekend call on a limited basis.

• Call rotation approximately 1:6.

• Weekend call required before or after scheduled clinic coverage.

Board Certified in Urology (highly preferred) or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency completion).

Active Washington Medical License (highly preferred) or Active IMLC Letter of Qualification.

Active DEA Certification.

BLS Certification.

ACLS Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to cover approximately 80% of the requested dates (3 4 weeks minimum).
