- Experience: Bread and butter urology procedures, general practice, hospital rounding

- Provide general urology care in clinic and on call
- Perform cystoscopies, vasectomies, prostate biopsies, TURP, uroflow studies, bladder scans, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, cystectomy, ESWL, Botox injections
- Manage 20-25 patients per day with approximately 20-30 surgeries per month
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OR staff and hospitalists
- Utilize robotic technology (robot available but not required)
- Attend to hospital admissions and rounding responsibilities
- Manage a mix of consults and established patient callbacks
- Valid, current license or license eligibility in Washington
- Board certification or eligibility in Urology
- BLS and DEA certifications
- Minimum of 3 months of locum coverage availability
- Experience with bread-and-butter urology procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high patient volume
- Strong communication and patient service skills
