• Experience: BC/BE in Urology, within 3 years of training

What You ll Do

• Provide specialized urological care with a focus on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction
• Perform outpatient consultations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Conduct minimally invasive and surgical procedures as appropriate
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive patient care plans
• Educate patients on treatment options and preventive health measures
• Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings

What You Need
Required:

• Medical degree (MD or DO)
• California medical license or eligible to obtain
• Board certification or board eligible in Urology within 3 years of training
• Ability to focus on female urology and pelvic floor issues

Preferred:

• Experience or interest in female pelvic floor reconstruction
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care
