Position Highlights :

- Favorable Call Schedule: Shared 1:7 call rotation with APP, hospitalist, and 24/7 URO tech support
- Utilize EPIC EMR for streamlined patient care.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Competitive Compensation: $550K - $710K+ $100,000 signing bonus plus additional quality incentives
- Pay and pay ranges are based on 1.0 FTE, and by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
- Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
- Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $300,000
- CME allowance with rollover opportunities and mentorship support
Qualifications :
- Degree: MD / DO
- Certifications: BC or BE in Urology
- Licensure: Active MN license or ability to obtain one
- Experience: Open to experienced physicians or new grads with mentorship available
