Position Details: Covenant Medical Group is seeking a General Urologist due to increasing volumes and the need for improved patient access. The physician will join three experienced urologists, including two uro-oncologists.
Patient Population: Adult and pediatric patients
Setting: Hospital OR, outpatient surgery center, and clinic
Responsibilities: Provide the full range of general urology services with skills in laparoscopic procedures. Robotic experience may also be considered.
Required Procedures: Laparoscopic procedures and general urology procedures
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: Clinic personnel and an on-site practice coordinator; opportunity to work with medical students and residents
Days Per Month:
On-Call/Weekends: 1:4
Submission Requirements:
- Required: Board Eligible within 5 years of residency or Board Certified in Urology
- Required: Michigan license or willingness to obtain
- Required: Experience with laparoscopic/robotic techniques
- Required: DEA, CSR/CDS, and most recent NPDB Self Query Report within 30 days
