Urology Physician

You will deliver comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of urologic conditions across inpatient and outpatient care settings. Key responsibilities include performing office-based and surgical interventions to support optimal urinary, prostate, kidney, and bladder health.

To succeed in this role, you must be a skilled, board-certified, and compassionate physician with expertise in diagnosing and managing complex urological conditions, alongside exceptional communication skills. You will demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care and excel within a supportive team environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered urologic care, while playing a key role in expanding our state-of-the-art program.
• Providing advanced surgical and medical care within a dedicated, highly collaborative team that fosters a positive and supportive workplace.
• Managing a weekly schedule encompassing outpatient clinics, procedures, and operative cases, alongside equitable on-call duties shared across the Memorial Hospital Georgia and Chattanooga locations.
• Advancing team innovation, best-practice standards, and continuous improvement for both patient outcomes and staff development.
• Utilizing the Epic EMR system efficiently for documentation and patient management.

We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package featuring a guaranteed first-year base salary of $600,000, along with production and quality incentives, a commencement bonus, and relocation assistance. Required

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Urology from the ABU (American Board of Urology)
• AHA BLS Certification
• Ability to obtain an active medical license & DEA in the state of Georgia and/ or Tennessee
