- Start/end: Starts 11/1, ongoing; full-time 7 on/7 off, minimum 14 shifts/month
- Schedule: 12-hour inpatient shifts 7a-7p plus overnight beeper call; beeper call, 20-min response
- Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours + call, inpatient
- Volume: 15 patients/shift
- Setting: Level 2 trauma, stroke certified
- Support: 3 RNs, 9 MAs, 4 PA/NPs
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing: 90 days Clinical Details
- Required scope: General adult urology, advanced endoscopic techniques, laparoscopic surgeries, PCNL, ureteroscopy (with laser), radical cystectomy, radical prostatectomy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, pelvic node dissection, robotic surgery (including partial nephrectomy/intraoperative ultrasound), adrenalectomy, renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy, TRUS biopsies, ESWL
- Preferred scope: Penile prosthesis
- Must be able to perform ureteroscopy with laser and shockwave lithotripsy Requirements
- Board certified or truly board eligible (within 5 years)
- License: WA or IMLC
- ACLS, BLS
- Active DEA Compensation
- Rate caps apply per facility: - $350/hr - $300 night call shift - $2,hr call shift, includes 3 gratis hours - $415/hr callback
