SCHEDULE

• Coverage Type: Inpatient
• Schedule Type: Clinic and Call
• Call Type: Overnight Beeper call
• Schedule (per week): 12 hours inpatient + overnight call, scheduled 7 on/7 off
• Dates of Need: Full time coverage, 7 on/7 off
• Shift Times: 7am-7pm
• Lunch N/A unpaid
• Provider Min # Shifts Required: 14 per month
• Guaranteed Hours per Day: 12
• Hours Worked for OT to apply: 12 per day
• Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Clinic and Call: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday, Night Call, 24 Hour Call, Call-Back.

We are seeking one to two consistent providers to help in a urology hospitalist role 7 on/7 off schedule for the foreseeable future until our team is fully staffed. We are seeking candidates who are interested in a potential transition into a perm position on our staff. is an up and coming area in SW Washington and our patient population is diverse and growing! We would love to transition a provider to an open staff position if mutually agreeable.

Required for privileges: 150 Urology Surgery Case Logs. BLS and ACLS required, BC or board eligible (within 5 years). Providers must be able to preform a wide range of urology procedures including Ureteroscopy with laser and Shockwave lithotripsy.
