Urologist Opening Phoenix, AZ Located in Phoenix, ArizonaFull-Time, Permanent Practice Overview Join a well-established, multispecialty urology and urogynecology practice serving the Greater Phoenix area Collaborate with a team of: 9 Urologists 4 Urogynecologists Experienced Advanced Practice Providers Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of a broad range of urologic conditions Perform office-based procedures and surgical interventions, including: Robotic-assisted surgery Minimally invasive urologic procedures Manage pre-operative, post-operative, and longitudinal patient care Rotate call coverage in 7-day blocks with physician colleagues Practice across 12 clinic locations and affiliated hospitals throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area Strong multidisciplinary support with experienced clinical and administrative teams Clinical interests include: Prostate, kidney, and bladder cancer Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) Kidney stone disease Urinary incontinence Sexual dysfunction Aquablation Laser lithotripsy Robotic urologic surgery Compensation & Recruitment Package Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Job Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Open to new graduates and experienced physicians American Medical Graduates (AMG) and International Medical Graduates (IMG) welcome Robotic surgery experience preferred Benefits 4 weeks of Paid Time Off, including CME $3,000 annual CME allowance Medical, dental, and vision insurance Malpractice coverage 401(k) with employer match Paid licensing and credentialing fees Collaborative physician-led practice Modern technology and minimally invasive surgical program Community DetailsPhoenix offers more than 300 days of sunshine annually and is one of the nation's fastest-growing metropolitan areas.
