Job Title: Locum Physician - Urology Facility and Practice Overview

The practice is designed to accommodate both surgical and clinic responsibilities, ensuring a varied and engaging work experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient care in both hospital and outpatient clinic settings.
- Perform a range of surgical procedures relevant to urology.
- Be on-call for hospital emergencies and admissions.
- Maintain a daily patient caseload, seeing a minimum of 17 patients in the clinic.
- Collaborate with support staff, including clinic medical assistants and perioperative nurses.
- Manage and document patient care using Meditech and eClinicalWorks EMR.
- Board Certified in Urology (preferred); Board Eligible candidates may be considered.
- Completion of a Urology residency program.
- Current and active medical license in Oregon (highly preferred).
- BLS and DEA certifications (required).
- Ability to provide a clean malpractice history (preferred).
- Availability at the time of name clearance (preferred).
- Board Certification in Urology (preferred).
- Oregon State Medical License (required; willingness to obtain during credentialing is acceptable).
- BLS certification (required).
- DEA certification (required).
