Responsibilities: Attending to clinic patients, providing on-call coverage for hospital emergencies and admissions, and performing scheduled surgeries
Required Procedures: Circumcision/Dorsal S, Orchiopexy, Cystoscopy, Cysto Stent Placement, Cysto with Botox, Bladder Biopsy, Urolift, Hydrocelectomy, Laser Lithotripsy, Prostate Biopsy, Sacral Neuromodulation, Stone Extraction, TURBT, TURP, Ureteroscopy, Ureteroscopy with Laser, and other procedures listed below
EMR System: Meditech and eClinicalWorks
Support Staff: Clinic MA, perioperative nurses, and RN in clinic
Days Per Month: 1 2 weeks per month, Monday Friday
On-Call/Weekends: 24-hour call Monday Thursday; Friday no call; weekend requirements not specified

Monday Thursday: Surgery 7:00 AM 2:00 PM; Clinic 3:00 PM 5:00 PM; 24-hour call
Friday: Clinic 8:00 AM 5:00 PM; no call

Average Callback: 8.1 hours
Daily Clinic Requirement: Minimum 17 patients per day and ability to fill surgery slots
Robotics: Not required
