What You'll Do
- Provide inpatient Urology consultation and coverage
- Assist with general Urology procedures including ESWL, ureteroscopy, laser treatments
- Manage adult patient population in hospital settings
- Collaborate with onsite APRNs for outpatient support
- Participate in on-call duties, maintaining high-quality patient care
- Document patient encounters accurately in EPIC EMR
- Adhere to facility protocols and best practices for inpatient care
What You Need
- Active medical license in Kentucky
- Board Certification or eligibility in Urology
- Minimum of 2 years Urology practice experience
- Strong procedural skills in general Urology procedures
- Ability to work independently in a hospital setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
