Urology Physician

Location: Olympia, WA Setting: Hospital/Clinic - Outpatient & Inpatient Start Date: As soon as the right provider is found Patients per Shift: 15 Hospital/Surgery Privileges are required Requirements:

• Board Certified
• Possess or Ability to Attain an Active, Unrestricted WA license
• Clean background/malpractice/NPDB
• Clean DEA license
• BLS Certification
• Clinic Hours + Call required
• Surgical Skills

EMR: Epic Skills Required: General Skills Highly Preferred: Adult Urology, Percutaneious nephrolithotomy, Ureteroscopy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Robotic Surgery, Renal & Bladder u/s with biopsy, TRUS biopsies, Incontinence procedures, Penile prosthesis, ESWL Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary $497,140 plus an estimate of nearly $60,000 for Call pay
• Earning Potential: estimated at $770,000
• RVUs @ $62.37 - in excess of 7,971 annually
