- 24-hour beeper call -- 1 week per month, 3 - 4 shifts per week
- Callback average: 4 - 5 hours daily
- ~15 patients per shift
- Both inpatient and outpatient settings -- adult population
- TRUS biopsies, incontinence procedures, penile prosthesis required
- ESWL required -- robotic surgery and nephrectomy preferred
