- Duration : 3-6 months (likely to extend)
- Scope : Bread and butter Urology Clinic, OR, and Call coverage
- Schedule : 2-4 weeks per month
- Shift : Clinic is 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, OR days start at 7am
- EMR : Allscripts
- Hospital : Level III Trauma, 280 beds
- Requirements : Board Certified/Board Eligible, Oklahoma license preferred, will consider IMLC Compact license
- Additional details : 1099 Independent Contractor, A+ malpractice coverage 1M/3M, full travel/lodging accommodations covered, assistance with credentialing provided
