- 5 days per month -- Mon - Fri schedule
- 1 OR day early in week, 4 clinic days
- Clinic and outpatient urology setting
- General adult urology patient population
- No specific procedures required
- Hospital privileges required
- Hospital-owned housing available for providers
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
