- Coverage needed 10 - 14 days per month
- Clinic hours: 8 am - 5 pm -- 60% clinic, 10% hospital, 30% procedures
- 16 - 20 patients per shift
- Adult and pediatric urology patients -- including pediatric ER cases
- Call: 1:2 or 1:3 ratio -- beeper call with 15-minute response time
- Robotic surgery, laparoscopic, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy
- TRUS biopsies, incontinence procedures, BLS certification required
- Ongoing coverage potential
