What You ll Do:
- Provide inpatient urology care, including management of kidney stones, stent placements, hematuria, and difficult catheterizations
- Perform rounding on new admissions and inpatient consultations
- Support with in-house call, patient assessments, and discharge planning
- Document provider notes and call-back hours accurately for audit validation
- Respond to on-call patient questions, transfers, and consultation requests
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
What You Need:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Michigan
- Urology experience preferred
- Ability to respond onsite within 20 minutes for call-back is required
- Strong clinical and communication skills
