What You ll Do

• Provide specialized urology clinical support during 24-hour call coverage
• Respond to patient calls, perform consults, and assist with urgent procedures such as stent placements and hematuria management
• Document call-back hours and patient interactions thoroughly for compliance and audit verification
• Assist with inpatient rounding on new admissions and patients needing care
• Support hospital procedures including kidney stone evaluation and catheter management
• Collaborate with onsite staff to ensure quality patient care in a high-volume facility

What You Need

• Valid Physician Assistant license in Michigan
• Prior experience in urology or related surgical specialties (preferred)
• Ability to respond onsite within 20 minutes for emergencies
• Strong documentation skills and ability to work independently
• Flexibility to handle call responsibilities and patient care during assigned shifts
