Position Highlights & RequirementsWe are seeking Board Eligible Urologists to expand our ongoing locum pool. The ideal candidate will provide hybrid coverage combining outpatient clinic care, elective OR cases, inpatient consults, and call.
- Licensure: Active State Medical License required.
- Certifications: Board Eligible (BE) in Urology, ACLS, BLS.
- EHR Systems: AthenaHealth (Clinic) and Medhost (Hospital).
- Patient Population: Primary Adult (very few pediatric patients).
- Daily Schedule (Mon Fri): Hybrid daytime workflow featuring either half-day clinic blocks (10:00 AM 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM 3:00 PM) or elective OR cases, paired with inpatient rounding and consult management.
- Inpatient Care: Responsible for active urology consults. Admissions are managed directly by the Hospitalist team.
- Phone Consults: Expect approximately 5 10 phone consults per day.
- Clinical Support: Supported by hospital nursing staff, dedicated urology technicians, hospitalist teams, and local urologists available by phone.
