Job Details:
Coverage is a mix of call and clinic, typically 3 to 4 days of call per week Responsibilities include rounding on inpatients (approximately 2 to 4 patients) and responding to consults in a timely manner (average of 5 to 7 consults) Patient encounters per shift: 15 to 20 Must be board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Urology or the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery (Urological Surgery) Current PA license or IMLC preferred General Urology experience required; adult patients required, pediatric and neonate experience preferred Ureteroscopy, TRUS biopsies, and incontinence procedures required Preferred skills include advanced endoscopic techniques, laparoscopic surgeries, percutaneous nephrolithotomy, radical cystectomy with ileo-loop conduit, radical prostatectomy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, pelvic node dissection, robotic surgery, partial nephrectomies with intraoperative ultrasound, adrenalectomy, renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy, fertility work-up, penile prosthesis, extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL), renal transplant surgery, and advanced pediatric surgery Lodging arrangements made by the facility Facility:
