Job Details:
Coverage is a mix of call and clinic, typically 3 to 4 days of call per week Includes rounding on approximately 2 to 4 inpatients per day Responding to consults in a timely manner with an average of 5 to 7 consults Patient encounters per shift: 15 to 20 Must be board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Urology or the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery (Urological Surgery) Current PA license or IMLC preferred General Urology required with adult experience required; pediatric and neonate experience preferred Ureteroscopy, TRUS biopsies, and incontinence procedures required Advanced endoscopic techniques, laparoscopic surgeries, percutaneous nephrolithotomy, radical cystectomy with ileo-loop conduit, radical prostatectomy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, pelvic node dissection, robotic surgery, adrenalectomy, renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy, fertility work-up, penile prosthesis, ESWL, renal transplant surgery, and advanced pediatric surgery preferred Lodging arrangements made by the facility Nearest airports: Pittsburgh, Latrobe, or Johnstown Facility:
