This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Schedule: Inpatient hours, Call coverage requested
Practice Setting: Inpatient, Emergency Department, Call
Types of Cases: Urology
Credentialing Timeframe: Pending information
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association, Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA),
Licensure Required: Active Illinois license required; Board Certified in Urology
