Pay & Benefits

What You ll Do
  • Provide outpatient urology consultations and diagnostics
  • Perform scheduled urological procedures, including minimally invasive surgeries with onsite Da Vinci Xi Robot
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care
  • Manage a diverse patient population, performing an average of 50+ procedures annually
  • Document patient visits efficiently using electronic medical records
  • Adhere to applicable licensing and credentialing requirements
  • Maintain compliance with facility protocols and safety standards
What You Need
  • Active Michigan Medical License, MI CDS, and MI DEA
  • Board Certified or eligible in Urology (American Board of Urology or equivalent)
  • At least 50 urological procedures in the past 12 months or recent completion of training
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
