Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, hybrid coverage plus call Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient Types of Cases: General Urology cases Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Medhost/Athena Certifications required: Must be American Board of Urology or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery – Urological Surgery certified, must have Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR), Basic Life Support (BLS) License required: Active Michigan license
