Opportunity:

Physician - Urology


Job Details:

  • Urology coverage position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch) with no nighttime or weekend call

  • Mix of hospital rounds, operating room, and clinic coverage

  • Coverage needed for 6 weeks each month

  • Patient volume ranges from 40 to 70 patients per day

  • Adult patient population only, no pediatrics

  • Urology office with newer renovation featuring 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms with long-tenured staff

  • Daytime hospital call includes rounding, consults, OR, and occasionally adding on to clinic

  • Special procedures include ureteroscopies; general urology skills required

  • EMR system is EPIC

  • Support staff includes 3 medical assistants, 1 LPN, surgical scheduler, 3 front office staff, and a practice manager

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology required

  • Active PA license or IMLC LOQ in hand required

  • DEA required

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience required; new graduates will also be considered

    This is a community hospital with 73 beds offering a full range of inpatient and outpatient services. The urology department features a recently renovated office environment with modern procedure rooms and a well-established, experienced support team. The facility provides a collaborative and well-resourced setting for urologists to deliver high-quality patient care across clinic, OR, and hospital settings.
