- Monthly Shift Schedule: 7 shifts per month (Mon-Sun) starting as soon as credentialed - must present with exact availability November 2-8 or 7-13 Need the weekend of November 7 & 8 covered specifically Can use someone for the Thanksgiving holiday as well - November 23-29
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm, Saturday & Sunday 8am 12pm with additional hours as needed Call Coverage Schedule (exact weekends or dates): Monday - Sunday; Locum physician would be responsible for all calls 4PM-8AM weekdays and Friday 4PM-Monday 8AM
- Type of patients / cases / procedures required: Urology inpatients: consults, rounds, add-on cases. Patient Encounters per shift: 10-15 Available support staff: Physician Assistants, Urology Residents, and office staff Support
