Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Note: pay details are discussed upon application)

What You'll Do
  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of urological conditions, including kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, and urinary infections
  • Perform surgical procedures in modern operating rooms, including pre- and post-operative care
  • Provide hospital and ER consultations, collaborating with specialists for comprehensive patient care
  • Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive strategies
  • Document clinical findings accurately, adhering to hospital and regulatory standards
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
  • Participate in a light call schedule, approximately 7 days per month

What You Need
  • Medical licensure in Vermont or ability to obtain one
  • Board certification or eligibility in Urology
  • Minimum 1-year experience in urology; not open to new graduates or candidates working multiple jobs concurrently
  • Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered care
