Pay & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $300,000 - $400,000 annually (based on experience)
  • Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (Note: Pay package discussed upon application)

What You ll Do
  • Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of urologic conditions, including kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, and UTIs
  • Perform surgical procedures in modern operating rooms
  • Provide hospital and emergency room consultations in collaboration with other specialists
  • Work closely with an established urologist and nurse practitioner in a single-site, team-based setting
  • Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulations
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
What You Need
  • Medical license in Vermont (or eligible)
  • Board Certification or eligibility in Urology
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant post-residency experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment
