- Salary Range: $300,000 - $400,000 annually (based on experience)
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (Note: Pay package discussed upon application)

- Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of urologic conditions, including kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, and UTIs
- Perform surgical procedures in modern operating rooms
- Provide hospital and emergency room consultations in collaboration with other specialists
- Work closely with an established urologist and nurse practitioner in a single-site, team-based setting
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulations
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
- Medical license in Vermont (or eligible)
- Board Certification or eligibility in Urology
- Minimum 1 year of relevant post-residency experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment
