• Coverage Need: Ongoing

• Schedule: 1 weekend per month

• Call: Friday Morning Monday Morning (24-hour call)

• EMR: Epic

• FTE: 1.0

• Weekend call coverage

• Manage emergent and scheduled urology cases

• Perform inpatient consults and rounding when on call

• Provide post-op patient follow-ups

• Work alongside permanent provider to support call coverage

• Average Callbacks: 1 5 hours

• 1 3 patients daily during call

• 3 4 scheduled & emergent surgeries

• Clinic Volume: patients/day

• 2 3 in-clinic procedures per day

• 4 surgeries on OR days

• Cystoscopy

• Cystoscopy with dilation
  (No robotics required)

• 3 RNs

• 1 CNA

• Clinic located within the hospital

• Strong inpatient and surgical support

• Board Certified in Urology (Preferred)
  (Board Eligible accepted within 5 years of residency)

• North Dakota License (Highly Preferred)

• NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days at submission)

• Case Logs required at presentation and offer

• Clean malpractice history

• Preferred hotel accommodations

• No international travel required

• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days

• Temporary coverage to assist permanent provider

• Predictable 1 weekend per month schedule

• Manageable callback hours

• EPIC EMR system

• Excellent RN support
