- Start/end: Starts November, ongoing until permanent providers are hired; full-time
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p (or 7:30a-4:30p) with 1:4 call (overnight and weekend); weeknight beeper and 24-hour weekend beeper call, 20-min response; assisting in surgeries at least one day/week
- Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours + call, inpatient and outpatient
- Volume: 22 patients/shift; 14 beds
- Setting: Level 2 trauma, stroke certified
- Support: 3 RNs, 9 MAs, 2 PA/NPs
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing: 90 days Clinical Details
- Required scope: Outpatient urology clinic and surgical first assisting; assisting in surgeries at least one day per week
- Both outpatient urology and surgical first assisting experience required Requirements
- Board certified NP or PA
- Outpatient urology and surgical first assisting experience required
- License: WA or IMLC
- BLS
- Active DEA Compensation
