Practice Setting
- Inpatient, adults only
- OR role is first assist only, no floor coverage and no clinic
- Paired with an MD (same MD always)
- Typical volume is 3 to 4 surgeries per day depending on scope
Schedule
- Tuesdays and Wednesdays every week
- Scheduled hours are 7a to 5p
- No call
Cases and Procedures
- Full scope urology cases, no trauma
- Robotic cases available
Requirements
- Must be a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Board certification required
- North Carolina license required, will not wait for license
- BLS and DEA
