• Schedule: 3 clinic days/week, approximately 2 days in OR, with 10-12 call days/month
• Shift: Clinic hours 7:30 AM 4:00 PM; Call 7:00 AM 7:00 AM
• Hours/Week: Variable (clinic + OR + call)

• Licenses/Certifications: WA Medical License required
• Experience: Prior Urology experience preferred

What You ll Do

• Provide specialized urology care and perform outpatient procedures including cystoscopies, biopsies, and UDS testing
• Manage patient clinic visits, providing diagnosis and treatment planning
• Conduct scheduled operating room procedures
• Participate in on-call duties to support urgent urology needs
• Collaborate with APPs, nurses, and staff in a multidisciplinary team
• Ensure high standards of patient safety and care quality

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Washington State
• Prior Urology experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and call shifts
