What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality outpatient urology care during scheduled clinic days
- Perform scheduled OR procedures such as cystoscopies, biopsies, and other urological interventions
- Manage patient cases independently, with APP backup support for call coverage
- Take 24-hour call shifts as the primary provider, ensuring seamless patient care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PAs, nurses, and support staff
- Maintain documentation, follow-up, and patient education standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing clinical education
What You Need
- State medical license in Washington or eligibility to obtain one
- Prior urology clinical experience preferred
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
