What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality outpatient urology care during scheduled clinic days
• Perform scheduled OR procedures such as cystoscopies, biopsies, and other urological interventions
• Manage patient cases independently, with APP backup support for call coverage
• Take 24-hour call shifts as the primary provider, ensuring seamless patient care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PAs, nurses, and support staff
• Maintain documentation, follow-up, and patient education standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing clinical education

What You Need

• State medical license in Washington or eligibility to obtain one
• Prior urology clinical experience preferred
• Excellent communication and patient management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
