Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant – Urology, Stillwater, MN (1.0 FTE)

Department of Urology at HealthPartners Clinic – Stillwater is seeking a full‑time NP/PA to join their care team. The position is based in Stillwater and will involve clinic work, hospital rounding/consults, and OR work. The role requires ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies, establishing and carrying out treatment plans, performing therapeutic procedures in an outpatient clinic, completing daily charting, and providing ongoing medical management of common urological conditions for men and women.

Responsibilities

• Clinic, hospital rounding/consults, and OR work
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies
• Establish and carry out treatment plans
• Perform therapeutic procedures in an outpatient clinic
• Complete daily charting
• Provide ongoing medical management of common urological conditions for men and women
• Call expectation: 1–2 nights (4p–8a) per week M–TH, off premise, with physician backup

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited NP/PA program
• Experience in a clinic‑based practice with at least 1 year surgery experience (highly preferred)
