Urology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Well-respected community‑based hospital located approximately one hour from Rockford, IL. Seeking a Board‑Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a full‑time position in 70% outpatient and 30% inpatient settings.
Responsibilities
- Full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 8a.m.–5p.m.
- Perform clinical care for patients aged 18 and older.
- Manage outpatient surgeries and inpatient care following Urology protocols.
- Call 10 days per month as part of on‑call rotation.
- Use EMR systems: NextGen and Cerner.
Qualifications
- Board‑Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- Experience in Urology Preferred.
- Strong communication and clinical skills.
