Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Community Care Physicians seeks a Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive outpatient urologic care in our Capital Region practices. In this role, you will evaluate new and established patients, perform focused exams and common office-based procedures, order and interpret labs and imaging, and manage ongoing treatment plans in collaboration with urologists. You’ll educate patients, support pre- and post-operative care, document in the EHR, and participate in quality improvement within our collaborative, patient-centered, physician-owned group.
