Community Care Physicians is seeking a Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our physician-owned multispecialty group in Latham, NY. In this outpatient role, you’ll provide comprehensive urologic care, including patient evaluations, follow-up visits, chronic disease management, and select procedures. You will order and interpret diagnostics, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and document in the EHR.
