- Paid sick time per applicable laws
- Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable
- Rounding on urology inpatients (approximately 2-4 patients)
- Providing urologic consultations and follow-up care
- Assisting with urological procedures as needed
- Responding to call coverage requirements
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care
- Active Pennsylvania medical license (preferred)
- Prior urology experience or related specialty knowledge
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to handle inpatient and outpatient duties reliably
