- Licenses/Certifications: MI License, MI CDS, MI DEA (required)
- Experience: At least 50 urological procedures within the past 12 months or recent completion of ACGME/AOA residency/fellowship
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour

- Provide urological consultations and treatment planning
- Perform urological procedures and surgeries
- Utilize onsite Da Vinci Xi Robot for surgeries
- Manage outpatient clinic patients with 30-minute visits
- Collaborate with a team of experienced providers and support staff
- Follow facility protocols and maintain high-quality patient care
- Document care using electronic health record systems
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (American Board of Urology or Osteopathic equivalent)
- MI Medical License, MI DEA, and MI CDS
- Minimum of 50 urological procedures performed within the past year or recent completion of residency/fellowship
- Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
