Job Description
St. Peter's Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a full-time General Urologist (MD/DO) to join its growing and well-established St. Peter's Urology practice in Troy, New York, offering an excellent opportunity to work within a hospital-employed model supported by a large referral network, advanced surgical technology including robotics, and a high-volume practice environment with strong earning potential.

Call Rotation 1:4
Job Description:
Provide comprehensive general urology care in both outpatient clinic and hospital settings
Diagnose and treat a wide range of urologic conditions including:
Enlarged prostate (BPH)
Urologic cancers (prostate, bladder, kidney, etc.)
Kidney stones
Voiding dysfunction
Urinary tract infections
Urinary incontinence
Sexual dysfunction
Perform surgical procedures at Samaritan Hospital, including robotic-assisted surgeries
Participate in a high-volume practice with strong patient demand and referral base
Collaborate with a large network of primary care providers and specialists
Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
Participate in a shared call schedule (1:4 rotation)
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered, and innovative urologic care
Contribute to practice growth and service expansion
Not accepting Locums candidates
Not open to Visa Candidates
Candidates must be truly Board Eligible or Board Certified.
Candidates with lapsed Board Certification will not be accepted.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive Base Salary: $515,000 - $582,000 annually
$50,000 Starting Bonus
Relocation Assistance provided
RVU-based productivity incentives with high earning potential
