Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join a well-established, multi-specialty group practice at Marshfield Medical Center in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Responsibilities
- Perform history and physical examination
- Admit (applicable to setting) evaluate, diagnose, and provide pre-, intra-, and postoperative care
- Perform Urologic surgical procedures for patients of all ages
- Perform endoscopic, percutaneous, and open surgery of congenital and acquired conditions of the urinary and reproductive systems and their contiguous structures
Compensation
- Nationally competitive compensation plan
- Annual compensation of $800,000 for the first two years of the employment contract
- Estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
- $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (subject to contractual agreement)

Shift & Schedule

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Ability to demonstrate at least 50 urology procedures in the last 12 months (if not applying directly out of residency)
- Successful completion of a hospital affiliated Urology residency program accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada
- Certification in the primary area of practice by the appropriate specialty/subspecialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable
- If not board certified at the time of application but completed residency within the last five years, must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of residency training
