Physicians will provide patient-centered care supported by advanced technology like the Da Vinci Xi robot and an Ambulatory Surgery Center, alongside robust team collaboration and 24/7 Interventional Radiology support. Responsibilities

• Participate in a multi-specialty group practice providing patient-centered care rooted in evidence-based medicine
• Participate in medical education and research

Compensation

• Nationally competitive compensation plan
• Annual compensation of $800,000 for the first two years of the employment contract
• Estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
• $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years
