Carilion Clinic in Christiansburg, Virginia, is seeking a Urologist to join their established team of four urologists and five advanced care practitioners. • Carilion New River Valley Medical Center (CNRV) is located 15 minutes from the practice.
• CNRV is a 150-bed Level III trauma center.
• Minimally invasive surgery options include DaVinci robotics, three smart OR's, MRI targeted prostate biopsies, laparoscopic surgery, InterStim, CyberWand for PCNL, and Holmium laser.
• Surgeons also perform cases at the ambulatory surgery center on CNRV campus.

Compensation

• Min Starting Salary: $497,384
• Max Starting Salary: $713,823
• Eligible to participate in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary.
• Historical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary.

Shift & Schedule

• 1:5 call with ACPs providing some first call and hospital coverage support.

Requirements

• Eligible for unrestricted Virginia medical licensure.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible with certification in process required.
