Carilion Clinic is seeking a Urologist to join their growing team in Roanoke, Virginia. The role involves providing comprehensive, multi-disciplinary care for adults and children within a dynamic, academic multi-specialty group practice.

Practice Info

• Join a team of six urologists in a clinic-based, academic program.
• Provide comprehensive urology coverage to over one million people in a large, rural, multi-state area.
• Operate clinics in five satellite locations in the region.
• Perform the full breadth of procedures of all levels of complexity.
• Based in the Level-1 763-bed trauma and academic health center, Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital/Carilion Children's Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in the outpatient office.
• Perform OR responsibilities supported by state-of-the-art technology, advanced diagnostic tools and treatment options including Da Vinci Robots (Xi, X, and SP), ultrasound, and MRI guided prostate biopsy.
• Actively involved in the education of medical students, residents from multiple CC-VTC training programs, allied health science students, and Virginia Tech undergraduate and graduate students.

Compensation

• Min Starting Salary: $497,384
• Max Starting Salary: $713,823
• Eligible to participate in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary.
• Historical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary.
