- Modern and progressive Carilion New River Valley Medical Center (CNRV) located 15 minutes from the practice with OR block time.
- CNRV is a 150-bed Level III trauma center offering minimally invasive surgery including DaVinci robotics, three smart OR's, MRI targeted prostate biopsies, laparoscopic surgery, InterStim, CyberWand for PCNL, and Holmium laser.
- Surgeons also perform cases at the ambulatory surgery center on CNRV campus.
- Cystoscopy tower systems, digital X-ray and urodynamics in the primary ambulatory practice, supporting in-office procedures and maximum physician efficiency.
Compensation
- Min Starting Salary: $497,384
- Max Starting Salary: $713,823
- Eligible to participate in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary
- Historical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary

Requirements
- Eligible for unrestricted Virginia medical licensure
