Job / Practice Description

• Urologist.
• Location: Findlay, OH (40 min from Toledo).
• Diverse spectrum of interesting and complex patients.
• Ability to choose patient mix and practice at the top of license.
• Group with surgical and robotics expertise.
• Flexible office hours, 1.5–2 OR days per week based on surgical volume.
• Surgical cases at main hospital, critical access hospital and surgery center.
• 24‑hour in‑house hospitalist service available for ED admissions.
• No more than 1:3 call, very light with mostly phone consultations on the off hours.
• Office procedures (cystoscopy male/female, vasectomy under local, bladder and prostate biopsies, stent removal, PTNS, CMG, PNEs with Axonics, Bulkamid and Botox injections).
• Equipment (Olympus CV 170 Cysto Towers × 3, with two rigid scopes and two flexible, Phillips Epiq 5 Ultra Sound, UroNav Fusion Biopsy, urodynamics, UroLift, Nitrous).
• Four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with da Vinci Table Motion.
• Establishing prostatectomy and cystectomy programs fed by 6 other providers.
• Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support.
• Weekly onsite CME, and CME/grand rounds available through Mayo Clinic Care Network.
• Option to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees.
• Base salary that continues beyond the first contract term, wRVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend.
• Loan support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend).

• MD/DO.
• Board Certified / Board Eligible Urology.
• Ability to hold an Ohio state medical license.
