Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Urologist Physician at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group in The Woodlands, TX, you will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a full spectrum of urologic conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will perform office‑based and operative interventions to improve urinary, prostate, kidney, and bladder health.
- Join an established urology team with a large primary‑care referral base and built‑in referral system.
- Treat a broad range of urological conditions, especially those affecting female patients.
- Perform in‑clinic procedures including cystoscopy, bladder Botox injections, and ultrasound‑guided biopsy (transperineal and transrectal), with future incorporation of urodynamics.
- Have operating room, admitting, and consulting privileges at St. Luke's The Woodlands Hospital, which includes 6 ORs, 4 equipped with the da Vinci Xi robotic platform.
- Use Epic EMR for patient documentation.
Job Requirements
Required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
- Active or eligible Texas license, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- Completion of ACGME urology residency and fellowship.
- American Board Certification and active BLS certification.
Preferred
- Completed Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship.

Pay Range
$461,435 – $553,636 per year
